Dismantling – Hitachi Zaxis 280LC
We have taken in a Hitachi Zaxis 280LC, model year 2006, for dismantling. The machine has approximately 15,000 hours on the clock – a machine that has done a long and hard service, and will now provide parts for other Zaxis owners who want to keep their machines running.
The stick cylinder and boom cylinders are already sold. An S80 quick coupler is available and will be registered separately in stock. All other parts – hydraulics, cab components, engine, cooling system, electrics, undercarriage and more – are being dismantled, inspected and listed on an ongoing basis.

Hydraulics
Main pump, control valve, hydraulic motors and lines. Stick and boom cylinders already sold – remaining hydraulics inspected and listed.
Cab and bodywork
Cab interior, instruments, controls, doors, glass and covers. The cab on this machine is in good external condition.
Engine and cooling
Engine block, radiator, fan, intake and exhaust system. Engine-related parts are documented with condition notes.
Swing system and drivetrain
Swing motor, slew ring and transmission parts. Undercarriage, drive sprockets, idlers and rollers assessed individually.
Electrical system
Wiring harnesses, relay boxes, sensors and display components. Zaxis-generation electronics are in demand on the used parts market.
