About the Volvo BM 6300

The Volvo BM 6300 is a backhoe loader – a machine with a tractor chassis as its base, a front loader and rear excavator arm. The model was manufactured between 1984 and 1992 and belongs to the Volvo BM programme, which operated under the name Volvo BM AB from 1973 until it became Volvo Construction Equipment in 1995.

The construction is primarily mechanical, making maintenance and repair straightforward – individual components can be replaced without advanced diagnostics. This is one of the reasons machines of this type are still found in active use.
