Shipping Policy – Agrocon AB

At Agrocon AB, all deliveries are shipped through Sendify, which partners with trusted carriers such as DHL, PostNord, Schenker, and Bring.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the product’s weight, volume, packaging, and delivery address. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is also responsible for any return shipping costs.

There may be changes to the shipping cost after you have put your order through, if this is the case you will always have the opportunity to review and approve those changes before finalizing your order.


Order Processing and Tracking

We process orders within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or contact details via email so you can follow your delivery.


Delivery Issues and Damages

Please check your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@agroconparts.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information or if a package is not collected in time and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
For unclaimed packages, a handling fee of SEK 250 will apply.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply for deliveries outside the EU.
