Dismantling Akerman H7C from 1986
We are currently dismantling an Åkerman H7C from 1986. The model was produced between 1985 and 1993 and is part of Åkerman’s H-series crawler excavators.
Åkerman holds a clear place in Swedish machine history, with production in Eslöv and many years as an established excavator manufacturer before the brand was later integrated into Volvo Construction Equipment. The H7C is one of the models from that era.

Why we dismantle
When an older machine is taken out of service, it does not mean every component is worn out. Through dismantling, parts that still meet the right technical standard can return to circulation and be used in other machines.
This is especially relevant for models like the Åkerman H7C, where many machines are still in operation.
How we dismantle
The dismantling follows a structured process:
- The machine is taken apart step by step.
- Parts are labelled and registered.
- Condition is assessed technically.
- Information is documented directly in our system and linked to the online store.
- Each part is then photographed and the product page is updated.
This means every listed part is identified, assessed, and searchable in our webshop.
