Your customer portal at Agrocon – full control over your orders

As a corporate customer at Agrocon, you get access to a personal customer portal where you can:

  • See your previous orders
  • Track your order status in real time
  • Add or change delivery details
  • Download invoices and delivery notes
  • See your customer-unique prices

How to log in

  1. Go to our webshop and click on the user icon in the top right.
  2. Use your registered business email address
  3. Your password will be sent to you by email. You will receive a new one each time you log in.
  4. When you are logged in, you will see your orders, prices and information associated with your company.

See your previous orders

Once you are logged in, you will find the "My orders" tab in the menu. Here you can:

  • See all previous orders
  • Click on an order to see items, date and total.
  • Download your invoice as PDF
  • See which delivery address was used

Follow your order status

Below each order, its current status is displayed. Here's what the most common ones mean:

Status Explanation
Waiting merchant We have received your order and started processing it.
Confirmed We pack your goods.
Sent Your order has left our warehouse.



Change delivery details

Do you want to send to a different address or update the recipient's name?

You can:

  1. Enter the delivery address directly at checkout when ordering a new order.
  2. Or – contact us if you would like to save more addresses to your account.

To avoid delays: always double-check that the information is correct before confirming the order.

I forgot my password – how do I reset it?
You don't need a password to log in. We use password-free login. Enter your email address and we'll send a secure login link directly to your inbox. Click the link to log in.
Can I retrieve old invoices?
The invoice is automatically sent via email when your order leaves our warehouse. Check & email address that is registered or contact us and we will send it again. You can also, when you are logged in, click on the "My orders" tab. Select the order you want to see - there you can download both invoice and delivery note as PDF. This invoice is only an example that shows the order, and is not used as payment basis.
How do I update my shipping address?
You can change your delivery address directly at checkout when you place a new order. Do you want to add or save multiple addresses to your account? You can do so directly under My Account > Addresses or Contact Us and we will help you.
Can I add a reference or purchase number?
Yes, you can enter both the reference person, PO number or other purchasing ID directly at checkout before completing your order. The information will be visible on both the order confirmation and the invoice.
How do I add more users from my company?
Contact us with the names and email addresses of the people you want to add. We will invite them to your company account so they have their own login and access to the correct information.
Can I see who at my company has placed an order?
Yes, when you click on a previous order, the name and email address of the customer will be displayed. You can also contact us if you would like a summary.
