When is the invoice sent?
The invoice is sent when your order leaves our warehouse , and is only sent via email to the address linked to your business account with us.
Payment terms
Our standard terms are 30 days net . Do you want other terms or a longer payment period? Contact us and we will find a solution that suits you.
Who can shop on invoice?
All companies with a valid corporate registration number can apply to become a corporate customer with us. A credit check is carried out upon application to assess the application.
I haven't received my invoice?
The invoice is automatically sent via email when your order leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive it – check your spam folder & make sure the correct email address is registered or contact us and we will resend it.
How long is the payment period?
Our standard terms are 30 days net. Please contact us if you would like longer terms and we will review the options. This may require additional credit information.
Can I see my previous orders?
Yes, when you are logged in as a business customer, you have access to your entire order history.
